Welcome to nhanimallaw.com. This is a website, under construction, to provide animal owners, lovers, organzations, associations, and businesses with the laws in New Hampshire regarding animals.  This includes animal cruelty, as well as traditional areas of law such as estate planning and trusts, civil litigation, ownership disputes, business formation, sales and leases, breeding and more. I am an attorney, located in Center Barnstead New Hampshire, that practices general law and animal law. It is my hope to make great strides in N.H. concerning its animal cruelty laws, to protect our animals welfare and rights by working hand in hand with N.H. shelters, law enforcement, the courts, state agencies.... and you.
