This site was developed to bring attention and provide information on Animal Cruelty, Animal Law and Animal Rights in New Hampshire.  Ms. Patricia Morris, attorney and animal enthusiast, is the the managing member of the Law Offices of Patricia Morris, PLLC.  She is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, in the state and federal district courts.  Trish's principal practice areas include business law, contract drafting and civil litigation.  Formerly corporate counsel for a large corporation, Trish handled multi-million dollar purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, tax appeals, real estate transactions, and environmental matters.  However, as result of her passion for animals, Trish launched her own law practice - engaged in animal law and animal protection.

    Attorney Morris is a long time resident of New Hampshire. She graduated from U.N.H. Durham with her Bachelor of the Arts in Economics and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Currently Trish serves on the Board of Directors for the N.H. Horse Council, where she is also the Secretary. In May 2008, Governor Lynch appointed her to the Governor's Commission for the Humane Treatment of Animals. Trish provides timely, competent and cost-effective legal services to businesses, animal owners and animal lovers. In her free time, she volunteers her time furthering animal rights legislation and laws while enjoying her family of rescued horses, dogs and cats at her farm in Center Barnstead.
